Share

The Share block adds a sharing button to the product page, allowing customers to share the product URL with others. It helps increase product visibility and drives organic referral traffic.

When clicked, the button either triggers the device's native share dialog (on supported browsers and mobile devices) or displays a copyable product URL as a fallback.

Notes

  • The shared URL always points to the current product page.
  • Social preview content (title, image, description) is determined by the product's metadata set in the Shopify admin.
  • Only one Share block is allowed per section (limit: 1 ).
