Newsletter Popup

A newsletter popup is a great way to capture visitor emails for marketing purposes. Shopify themes may offer a built-in popup, or you can integrate third-party apps like Klaviyo or MailChimp.


Enabling or Disabling the Built-in Newsletter Popup

  1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.

  2. Locate the Popup section.

    Enable the popup by toggling the setting ON.

    Customize the following options:

    • Heading & Subheading: Write a compelling message.
    • Timing: Choose whether it appears on page load or after a delay.
    • Display frequency: Set how often it should appear to returning visitors.
    • Button text & colors: Match your store’s branding.
  3. Click Save.
