Accordion

The Accordion section allows you to display content in collapsible panels, making it easier for customers to navigate through information without overwhelming them.

Adding the Accordion Section:

1. Access the Theme Editor:
   • From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

   • Find your active theme and click Customize.

     Add the Accordion Section:

   • In the theme editor sidebar, click Add section.
   • Scroll through the list and select Accordion.
   • Click Add to insert the accordion into your page.

Configuring the Accordion Section:

1. Add Accordion Items:
   • Within the Accordion section, click Add Accordion Item.
   • For each item, you can configure:
     • Title: Enter the heading for the panel.

     • Content: Provide the detailed information that will be revealed when the panel is expanded.

       Accordion Settings:

   • Default State: Choose whether panels are expanded or collapsed by default.
   • Icon Style: Select the icon that indicates expandable content.
   • Transition Speed: Set the speed of the expand/collapse animation.

Best Practices:

• Organize Information: Use the accordion to group related information, such as FAQs or product details, to enhance user experience.
• Keep Titles Concise: Ensure that accordion titles are brief yet descriptive to give users a clear idea of the content within.
