Testimonials
The Testimonials section allows you to display customer reviews or endorsements, helping build trust and credibility.
How to Activate
- Go to Theme Editor
- Navigate to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
- Click Add section and select Testimonials.
- Add Testimonials
- Click Add Testimonial and enter customer quotes, names, and optional images.
- Customize Layout
- Adjust text alignment, font styling, and testimonial background colors.
- Save Your Changes
- Click Save to apply updates.
Best Practices
- Use real customer reviews for authenticity.
- Include customer images when possible.
- Ensure testimonials are relevant and up to date.
Testimonials
The Testimonials section allows you to showcase customer feedback in a clean, card-based layout.
It supports featured images, customer avatars, quotation marks, and automatically turns into a slider when multiple testimonials are added.
General settings
Show featured image
Shows or hides the main featured image inside each testimonial card.
Image position
Controls where the featured image appears within the card:
- Left (default)
- Right
- Top
Image height
Adjusts the height of the featured image by scaling the image container.
Show quotation marks
Displays decorative quotation marks above and below the testimonial text.
Text alignment
Aligns the testimonial content:
- Left
- Center
Text size
Controls the size of the testimonial text.
Top padding
Adds spacing above the testimonials section.
Bottom padding
Adds spacing below the testimonials section.
Color scheme
Applies one of your theme’s color schemes.
All background and text colors are inherited from the selected scheme.
Blocks
Add as many testimonial blocks as needed.
Testimonial
Customer name
The customer’s name displayed below the testimonial text.
Subheading
Secondary label shown under the customer name (for example: Customer, Verified buyer).
Testimonial text
The main testimonial content.
Featured image
A large image displayed inside the testimonial card.
Placement is controlled by the Image position setting.
Bio image
A small circular avatar image displayed next to the customer name.
Review link URL
Optional link to an external review page or full testimonial.
Behavior
Automatic slider
When multiple testimonials are added, the section automatically becomes a slider.
- Desktop: Displays two testimonial cards per slide
- Mobile: Displays one card per slide with navigation controls
Accessibility & design
- Text and backgrounds follow the selected color scheme
- Responsive layout optimized for desktop and mobile
- Images are lazy-loaded for improved performance
